Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications on OpenText Documentum (DCTM)
- Build and integrate solutions using DCTM REST APIs and DFC
- Customize xCP applications, workflows, lifecycles, and UI components
- Configure repository objects such as types, ACLs, workflows, and TBOs
- Implement and manage Retention Policy Services (RPS), including compliance and disposition
- Set up and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes
- Use GitHub for version control, code reviews, and release management
- Ensure system performance, security, governance, and compliance standards
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
- Leverage AI tools to enhance development productivity and document processing
Preferred candidate profile
- 6+ years of experience in OpenText Documentum (DCTM)
- Strong hands-on expertise in DFC, xCP, and DCTM REST Services
- Experience with Retention Policy Services (RPS) / Records Management
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in GitHub or similar version control tools
- Exposure to AI tools such as Copilot, GenAI, or intelligent document processing
- Good understanding of ECM architecture, workflows, and lifecycle management
- Experience with OpenText Cloud or Documentum migration is a plus
- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes is an added advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
