Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Oracle SCM Cloud, including (but not limited to): Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning Central, Product Hub, Logistics.
Lead requirement gathering, business process mapping, solution design and configuration activities.
Recommend best practices, industry standards and futureready SCM process enhancements.
Implementation Rollout Support
Drive full lifecycle implementations including design, CRPs, SIT, UAT, golive readiness and postgolive support
Configure Oracle SCM Cloud modules and validate integrations with Finance, Projects, Manufacturing, Logistics and thirdparty systems.
Develop functional design documents (FDDs), test scenarios, configuration workbooks and training materials.
Business Partnering
Work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Production, Warehousing and Planning teams to understand business needs.
Provide expert-level consultation to stakeholders and guide them on SCM transformation roadmap.
Act as a bridge between business, technical teams, and Oracle support.
Issue Resolution Continuous Improvement
Provide L2/L3 production support and triage system issues, enhancements and change requests.
Perform root cause analysis and ensure minimal business disruption.
Drive continuous improvement of SCM processes and system performance.
Integration Data Management
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, OIC, EDI).
Support data migration activities including templates, validations and cutover readiness.
Ensure master data accuracy and alignment across SCM modules.
Role
1015 years of SCM experience, including 58 years in Oracle Cloud SCM.
Must have led at least 2+ large-scale enterprise assessments and endtoend transformation programs.
Proven experience in Cloud readiness, FitGap, process re-engineering, and best practice advisory.
Strong exposure to multi-country rollouts, global process design, and complex integration landscapes.
Experience collaborating with senior leadership and crossfunctional teams.
Deep functional expertise across multiple Oracle SCM Cloud modules
