Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are hiring for the role of Patron Delight Officer

This role is ideal for candidates from a hotel management, Hospitality, QSR, Retail, or Service Industry background (freshers with relevant internships can also apply).

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Managing end-to-end cinema operations (Box Office, F&B, Guest Services)
Ensuring excellent customer experience & handling guest queries/escalations
Leading and managing frontline staff & daily briefings
Maintaining hygiene, safety, and SOP standards
Handling inventory control & minimizing wastage/pilferage

We are looking for someone who:

Has strong communication & customer handling skills
Is comfortable with team handling and operations
Has a customer-first approach and high energy level
