English Public Speaking Teacher (Online)

About the Role

Minshe Academy is seeking a passionate and dynamic English Public Speaking Teacher to help students develop confidence, fluency, communication skills, and public speaking abilities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent command of the English language and be capable of engaging learners through interactive online sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online English speaking and public speaking classes.

• Train students in pronunciation, vocabulary enhancement, fluency, and communication skills.

• Help learners build confidence in presentations, debates, group discussions, and public speaking.

• Develop lesson plans, speaking activities, and practice exercises.

• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Encourage active participation and maintain an engaging learning environment.

• Support students in improving grammar, articulation, and overall communication skills.

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in English (Mandatory).

• Strong English vocabulary and grammar proficiency.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Prior teaching, training, or public speaking experience will be preferred.

• Ability to conduct interactive and student-focused online sessions.

• Comfortable using online teaching tools and virtual meeting platforms.
