Your Role
A Guidewire Test Lead/Manager drives end-to-end QA for Guidewire applications using Playwright, ensuring high-quality delivery across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
- Test Strategy Planning: Define test strategies and automation approach aligned with project goals
- Automation Tools: Build and maintain Playwright-based frameworks
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor QA teams, ensuring delivery excellence
- Execution Monitoring: Oversee test cycles, track progress, and meet timelines
- Defect Management: Manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution
- Stakeholder Communication: Share quality metrics, risks, and release readiness
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance QA through automation and process improvements
Your Profile
- Experience: 912 years in QA with Guidewire and Playwright expertise
- Guidewire: Hands-on with PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter
- Automation: Strong Playwright automation framework experience
- Leadership: Proven QA team management experience
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication across cross-functional teams
- Agile: Experience in Agile with CI/CD practices
- Core Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication
