We are hiring for an International Voice Process and looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.
- Meet quality, productivity, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills minimum C1 proficiency (both verbal and written), minimum 6 months of experience into international voice process , Freshers are not eligible
- Ability to work night shifts (US/UK time zone).
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
