Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Manage reception and visitor services and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Handle visitor registration, access control, and coordination with hosts, security, and facilities teams.
  • Manage front desk operations, including calls, emails, enquiries, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with the Help Desk for service requests, complaints, and support.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, including support for VIP visits and events.
  • Maintain lobby and reception area cleanliness, ambience, and operational readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and emergency procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement through training and service enhancements.
