• SAP BASIS.
• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (SAP GROW).
• Technical infrastructure support.
• System monitoring and performance analysis.
• Transport management.
• Operational platform readiness.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM.
• Understanding of SAP cloud operating model.
• Experience with integration architecture.
• Incident management experience.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
• Ability to review system landscape and identify gaps.
• Experience analyzing monitoring procedures and system health.
• Understanding of transport processes and lifecycle management.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP BASIS or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP technical infrastructure and ensure platform stability.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.
• Manage transports across system landscapes and ensure consistency.
• Ensure operational readiness of SAP platforms.
• Provide support for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (SAP GROW) environments.
• Participate in technical knowledge transfer (KT) sessions.
• Review system landscape and recommend improvements.
• Analyze and optimize monitoring procedures.
• Understand and manage transport processes effectively.
• Support transition readiness and system go-live activities.
• Handle incident management and resolution activities.
• Collaborate with integration and architecture teams.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and standards.
• Maintain clear documentation of system configurations and processes.
