Job Title / Designation - Deputy Zonal Sales Manager
Reporting Authority - Sr. Zonal Manager/General Manager
Job Objective - He should be responsible for overseeing the sales operation of our company in a particular geographical area.
Qualifications -Bachelor's degree B.Sc (Preferable) /B.Com/B.Pharm.
Age - Up to 45 years
Experience - Minimum 8-10 years experience in Pharmaceutical Industry out of which 4-5 yr as an ASM or 3-5 years of RSM in a reputed company's experience is required.
Job Responsibilities
- He is responsible for the implementing, Company's Sales Strategy.
- He is responsible for the Target Objectives of the assigned to him -Area Objective, Territory Objective, and Volume Objective month and product to product.
- On the Job Training of the Sales Team.
- Core Doctors Relationship.
- Monitoring, Controlling, Guiding to the Sales Team.
- Depot and Retail Management.
- Conduct the Product campaining-Symposium,OPD Campaign,CME,etc
- Retention Management.
- Feedback Handling.
Technical Scope of Work
Able to handle the product effectively, Scientifically analysis the Products.
He should be analytical.
MS Office Suite and e-mail based communication systems.
Administrative Scope of Work
- MIS Reports, able to Prepare the Reports and also present analytically
- Must have an excellent interpersonal skill and be adept at relationship building.
Market exposure
Based at Burdwan (Bardhaman) , North Bengal focused
Compensation
Up to 10 Lakh Per Annum CTC (Negotiable)
