Currently we are hiring for International Voice Process , Semi Voice
Role & responsibilities:
*Onboard merchants for payment gateway services, explaining product features and benefits to drive adoption and ensure successful KYC verification.
*Activate and set up merchant accounts within strict timelines, ensuring smooth onboarding and building strong client relationships.
*Address customer issues promptly, providing effective solutions that enhanced customer satisfaction and trust, leading to repeat business opportunities.
*Collaborat with internal teams to escalate and resolve merchant concerns, maintaining positive client relationships and reducing churn. *Delivered multi-channel support (chat, email, voice) to engage clients, identify needs, and introduce relevant banking/ payment solutions. *Conduct thorough verification of merchant documents, educating clients on compliance requirements while promoting value-added services.
*Perform timely follow-ups with clients to ensure successful implementation, through CRM , while exploring opportunities for cross-selling additional financial products.
*Built rapport with International and domestic clients by understanding their business requirements and suggesting customized financial solutions.
