Content Moderation, Video Review, Trust & Safety, Hate & Harassment, Policy Enforcement, Escalation Handling, Quality Analysis, Compliance Review, Decision Making, Problem Solving.

Seeking experienced Content Moderation Analysts with strong expertise in video/content review, policy enforcement, quality analysis, escalation handling, and trust & safety operations. Responsible for reviewing complex video content, identifying policy violations, handling hate & harassment workflows, maintaining quality scores, and taking appropriate moderation actions while ensuring compliance with platform and customer guidelines. Strong experience with content moderation, quality compliance, problem-solving, escalation management, and independent decision-making required. Candidates should possess excellent English communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience working in fast-paced moderation environments.
