Position: GenAI Engineering Transformation Architect
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner
Experience: 7 - 15 Years
Location: Pune
Role Overview:
Responsible for driving Quality Engineering and Testing transformation initiatives across enterprise customers through the adoption of AI, GenAI, automation, and modern testing practices. The role involves solutioning, presales support, large deal shaping, transformation consulting, and leading quality engineering programs across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Quality Engineering and Testing transformation programs across customer engagements.
- Define and drive end-to-end testing strategies for large-scale enterprise programs.
- Shape testing opportunities and support the transition from Staff Augmentation/T&M models to Managed Services and Innovation-driven outcomes.
- Drive end-to-end solutioning for large testing deals and transformation initiatives.
- Engage with customer stakeholders, including senior leadership, to define transformation roadmaps and quality strategies.
- Provide technical leadership across functional, automation, API, non-functional, and digital testing initiatives.
- Collaborate with delivery, presales, and practice teams to build innovative testing solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging market trends, AI-led QA innovations, automation tools, and industry best practices.
- Work closely with analysts, technology partners, and tool vendors to drive innovation and business growth.
- Act as an individual contributor while supporting strategic initiatives and customer engagements.
Mandatory Skills:
- 715+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Testing.
- Strong experience across Manual Testing, Test Automation, Non-Functional Testing, and Digital Testing.
- Proven track record in managing large Quality Engineering transformation programs.
- Expertise in automation technologies including:
- Selenium (Java/C#/Python)
- Playwright
- MCP
- AI-enabled Automation Frameworks
- Strong understanding of:
- Generative AI (GenAI)
- AI/ML Validation and Explainability
- Synthetic Test Data Generation
- Continuous Testing
- AI Technologies in Quality Engineering
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and NLP-based Test Automation.
- Exposure to building Agentic AI solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Presales and End-to-End Solutioning for Testing engagements.
- Hands-on experience in Functional, API, and Non-Functional Test Automation.
- Expertise in Test Data Management, Test Environment Management, and Service Virtualization.
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Platforms including AWS and Azure.
- Good understanding of DevOps practices and modern testing ecosystems.
- Experience in shaping and solutioning large testing deals:
- B3: Greater than USD 10 Million annual revenue
- C1/C2: Greater than USD 5 Million annual revenue
- Domain expertise in one or more of the following:
- Banking
- Retail
- Healthcare
- Telecom
- Experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
- Strong understanding of market trends, testing solutions, and automation tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel as required.
Preferred Certifications:
- ISTQB Advanced Certification
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- TOGAF
- AWS Architect Certification
- Microsoft Azure Architect Certification
Good to Have:
- Strong industry network with analysts and testing tool vendors.
- Experience driving AI-led Quality Engineering transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale innovation programs and consulting engagements.
