We are Hiring: CNC Machine Shop Production Engineer for a Leading Industrial Product manufacturing Co in Qatar

Job Location: Qatar

Qualification - Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Engineering

Job Requirements:

Experience - Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in Machine Shop / Manufacturing environment

Job Description

- Strong knowledge in:

CNC Machining Processes

Lean Manufacturing & Process Improvement

Root Cause Analysis

Tooling & Fixture Design

Technical Drawing Interpretation

- Production & Process Control

- Machine Shop experience is mandatory

- Good communication skills in English

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor machining processes and improve production efficiency

- Optimize cycle time, tooling strategies, and workflows

- Ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality

- Support operators and supervisors with technical guidance

- Coordinate with CAM Programmers regarding machining issues

- Lead Kaizen / Lean initiatives for productivity improvement

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
