Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in AI-driven testing and modern automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable automation solutions using a variety of tools and technologies, leveraging AI/ML capabilities to improve test efficiency, coverage, and quality. This role requires a forward-thinking automation professional who can work beyond traditional Selenium-based automation and adapt to emerging testing technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Leverage AI-powered testing tools and intelligent automation solutions to improve test creation, maintenance, and execution.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement modern automation tools and frameworks based on project requirements.
- Develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable test automation solutions across multiple applications and platforms.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, DevOps Engineers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and drive quality improvements.
- Implement automation strategies that reduce manual effort and improve release velocity.
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI, automation, testing tools, and software quality engineering.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in software test automation.
- Strong experience with AI-assisted testing or intelligent automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience with multiple automation tools and frameworks, such as:
- Playwright
- Cypress
- Selenium
- Appium
- Robot Framework
- Python
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.
- Experience with API testing tools and frameworks (Postman, Rest Assured, Karate, etc.).
- Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
