Role: Site Acquisition Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, survey, and shortlist suitable sites for telecom tower installation.
• Assist in negotiations with landlords and societies.
• Prepare and collect SAQ documents (LMA, NOC, rent agreements).
• Coordinate field visits and support feasibility/technical checks.
• Follow up with internal teams (Legal, RF, Deployment, Estate) for approvals.
• Handle basic landlord queries and support issue resolution.

Requirements

• Graduation in any stream.
• Fresher can also appy
• Minimum 1 year experience in telecom site acquisition/field estate.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of municipal approval norms.
• Comfortable with field work and travel.
