Site Supervisor Interior Fit-Out & Construction
Company: InteriorPoint Position: Site Supervisor Industry: Interior Fit-Out, Construction & Turnkey Projects Location: Chennai & Project Sites (as required) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: 15,000 30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and delivering projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, ceiling, flooring, and finishing works.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Conduct quality inspections and resolve site-related issues.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and suppliers.
Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
Maintain daily site reports and progress records.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Assist in project handover and snag rectification.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
Freshers with site knowledge or candidates with 13 years of experience may apply.
Basic understanding of interior fit-out and construction activities.
Ability to read drawings and take measurements.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
