• Skill : HCM Process Consultant / Transformation Consultant
• Experience : 5+ Years

We are looking for candidates with a strong consulting background in one or more of the following

• End-to-end HCM process consulting across Hire-to-Retire lifecycle
• HCM platform implementation experience (SAP SuccessFactors / Workday / Oracle HCM)
• HR Transformation advisory operating model design, process re-engineering, change management
• Stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and solution design
• RFP/RFI response experience and pre-sales support (preferred)
• Strong articulation and presentation skills
