Title : Manager Consultant (EPC)

Skill : HCM Process Consultant / Transformation Consultant
Experience : 5+ Years
Location : Cognizant Presence Cities

We are looking for candidates with a strong consulting background in one or more of the following

End-to-end HCM process consulting across Hire-to-Retire lifecycle
HCM platform implementation experience (SAP SuccessFactors / Workday / Oracle HCM)
HR Transformation advisory operating model design, process re-engineering, change management
Stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and solution design
RFP/RFI response experience and pre-sales support (preferred)
Strong articulation and presentation skills
