Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end flight reservations, ticketing, reissuance, and cancellations.
  • Process domestic and international travel bookings.
  • Perform manual ticketing and fare calculations accurately.
  • Manage booking modifications, exchanges, refunds, and schedule changes.
  • Assist customers with travel-related queries and provide suitable travel solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with airline policies and travel regulations.
  • Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and customers for booking resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and documentation.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting productivity and quality targets.
  • Resolve customer concerns within defined turnaround times.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Process.
  • Hands-on experience with GDS platforms:
  • Sabre
  • Amadeus
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • International Ticketing
  • Domestic Ticketing
  • Manual Fare Construction
  • Flight Reservations
  • Reissue & Refund Processing
  • PNR Handling
  • Itinerary Management
  • Airline Rules & Fare Policies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile


  • Experience in BPO/KPO Travel Process, Travel Agency, OTA, Airline Support, or Corporate Travel.
  • Knowledge of global travel regulations and airline procedures.
  • Comfortable handling international customers and travel requests.
