Job Title: QA Denial Coder / Surgery Coder

Job Description:
We are hiring skilled QA Denial Coders and Surgery Coders with strong expertise in medical coding, denial analysis, and surgical documentation. Candidates should have hands-on experience working with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems and a good understanding of US healthcare processes.
Key Responsibilities:
QA Denial Coder:
- Analyze and resolve denied medical claims
- Identify root causes of denials and suggest corrective actions
- Perform quality audits on coding accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with AR and billing teams to improve claim acceptance rates
- Ensure adherence to payer guidelines and regulatory standards
Surgery Coder:
- Assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes for surgical procedures
- Review operative reports and clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and payer-specific requirements
- Handle specialty-based surgical coding (Ortho, General Surgery, etc.)
- Maintain productivity and high accuracy levels
Required Skills:
- Certification: CPC / CCS / COC/ CRC/ CIC (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of medical coding guidelines
- Experience in denial management (for QA role)
- Familiarity with US healthcare RCM process
- Good analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in multi-specialty coding
- Exposure to coding audits and QA process
- Knowledge of payer-specific guidelines
