HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Provide RAN level 2 support for 4G/5G performance analysis and fault management.
Execute remote troubleshooting, fault localization, and resolution for network issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders to enhance network performance.
Coordinate with internal/external teams (Ops/Field/Customer) to address and rectify network faults.
Extend support to fellow engineers for diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
Implement configuration changes in RAN nodes to effectively address faults.
Rehome, recommission, and adjust hardware/software parameters to optimize network functionality.
Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to facilitate continuous improvement and proactive problem management.
Proficiency in Fault Management, including remote troubleshooting, configuration management, and performance analysis.
Strong knowledge of radio performance KPIs and experience with monitoring tools (NAC-PM, NetAn, PRS).
Practical experience with multi-vendor EMS/NMS, such as Nokia NetAct or Ericsson ENM.
Familiarity with software upgrades and their impact on network performance.
