Role: Business Head Faade Systems [Clean Panels and Doors ]

Exp 12-20 Years

Location: Mumbai [Mira Road] /Gurugram NCR

Academic: Any Graduate+ PGDM/ MBA Preferred


Role Objective: We are looking for Dynamic, performance Driven Business Leader with core expertise in Management of End-to-End Business Operations in Faade Systems & Fenestration for specialised clean panels, Doors and Windows in industry of Solar, Pharma, Semiconductors and Building Technology. The ideal candidate will drive Business Growth, Forge Strategic Partnerships, and Expand the Company brand & market presence.


Job Role and Responsibilities:


A. Strategic Leadership and P&L Management

  • Own the End-to-End P&L management for the company across B2B, B2C Sales and Business Developments of Clean Technology Panels, Fireproof Doors and Faade Systems.
  • Translate business strategy into actionable operating plans, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Partner with the CEO and Board to drive long-term growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

B. Merchandising Category Management

  • Lead the merchandising strategy across all product categories to ensure product-market fit, margin optimization, and inventory health.
  • Define Calendars, Pricing, and Assortment plans based on trend forecasts

C. Sourcing and Supply Chain Management

  • Drive efficient sourcing strategies across geographies (domestic and international) to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
  • Develop strong vendor relationships and streamline procurement processes to reduce lead times and increase flexibility.

D. Product Development Design

  • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to market, ensuring alignment with brand vision, trend forecasts, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with design, merchandising, and sourcing teams to launch innovative, trend-right collections in line with consumer demand.

E. Marketing Brand Building

  • Drive the marketing team to define and execute integrated campaigns across digital, retail, and brand channels.
  • Ensure alignment of product, pricing, positioning, and promotions to create a compelling consumer experience.
  • Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty initiatives to build brand equity

F. Cross-functional Team Leadership

  • Lead a diverse team across merchandising, design, sourcing, operations, and marketing.
  • Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
  • Build processes and systems to scale operations efficiently across channels and formats.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Develop and implement a Comprehensive Business Strategy in alignment with the overall company objectives of enhance market presence and profitability.
  • Manage Sales, Business Development and Marketing Teams.
  • identify new market opportunities in Domestic & International arena, enable marketing teams to seize the opportunity, priorities strategic initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Direct the production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to optimize manufacturing processes & customer specifications
  • End to End P&L Operation of B2B & B2C Sales in Pharmaceuticals, Solar Panels, Semiconductors, Infrastructure and Building Technology
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Institutional and Corporate clients, Architects, Interior Designers& Key Accounts.
  • Lead Sales Presentations, negotiations, and closings with key clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create customer-centric solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in market
  • Drive CRM initiatives to enhance customer experience and retention.
  • Represent Company Brand at high-profile events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
  • Expertise in merchandising, Sourcing, Product Development & Marketing.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, pricing strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Experience managing PL and Delivering top-line growth and profitability.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skill
