Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for skilled Spanish Content Moderators to join our Trust & Safety Operations team. The ideal candidate should possess strong Spanish language proficiency and experience in content moderation, content operations, or catalog operations. The role involves reviewing user-generated content, ensuring compliance with platform policies, and maintaining a safe digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content in Spanish.
- Identify and remove content that violates platform guidelines.
- Investigate policy violations related to hate speech, harassment, fraud, misinformation, and illegal activities.
- Apply moderation policies accurately and consistently.
- Escalate complex or high-risk cases when required.
- Maintain quality and productivity targets.
- Document moderation decisions and provide detailed rationale.
- Collaborate with Quality, Policy, and Operations teams.
Eligibility Criteria
L1 Requirements
- Spanish language proficiency at B1 level or above preferred.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret Spanish content accurately.
- Basic knowledge of content moderation, social media platforms, and online communities.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and moderation guidelines.
- Comfortable handling sensitive, graphic, or potentially disturbing content.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office tools.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security policies.
L2 Requirements
- 23 years of experience in Content Operations or Content Moderation.
- Strong Spanish language proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
L3 Requirements
- 23 years of experience in Spanish Language Operations with Catalog Operations or Trust & Safety experience.
- Strong understanding of moderation policies and quality standards.
- Ability to handle complex moderation scenarios independently.
