Job Description
We have an urgent opening for the position of Regional Manager in Banca Vertical in one of the leading General Insurance Company for Karnal Location.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Managing the team of 2-3 Branch Managers and further branch managers will handle team of sales managers
- Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Drive motor insurance cross-selling and attachment ratios in the loan portfolios of partner banks (e.g., auto loans, two-wheeler loans).
- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual premium targets for the assigned region.
- Strategize to increase rollover, retention, and renewal business from existing bank customers.
- Build and maintain high-value relationships with Zonal Heads, Regional Heads, and Branch Managers across partner PSU banks.
- Manage a team of Area Managers and Sales Managers, deploying them strategically across the regional branch network.
- Ensure tight alignment and communication across internal stakeholders like sales, underwriting, claims, and operations teams.
- Training & Enablement
- Train bank personnel (Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and Sales Officers) on motor insurance products and value-added features.
- Ensure bank staff can seamlessly pitch Insurance products to walk-in customers and loan applicants.
- Performance & Operations
- Monitor key performance metrics such as logins, issuance rates, conversion ratios, and overall insurance penetration.
- Track budgets, analyze performance gaps, and implement corrective sales strategies.
- Resolve policy-related queries and ensure claims/operational support is handled promptly.
