Job Description
Position: Project Manager Irrigation Projects
Location: Maharashtra
Experience: Minimum 12+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred) or related discipline
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale irrigation projects across Maharashtra. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, monitoring, quality control, stakeholder management, and timely delivery of irrigation infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of irrigation and water resource projects.
- Oversee construction of canals, dams, reservoirs, lift irrigation schemes, pipelines, and related infrastructure.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with government departments, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Manage contract administration, billing, claims, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
- Lead project teams and conduct regular review meetings.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely completion and handover of projects.
