Job Title: IT Technical Recruiter (Female Candidates Preferred)
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Visakhapatnam / Remote (India)
Experience: 25 Years
Education: B.Tech / BE (CSE, IT, ECE) or MCA

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Female IT Recruiters with excellent communication skills and a technical educational background. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with IT professionals, understanding technical requirements, conducting screening calls, and supporting recruitment activities.
Fresh graduates and candidates with recruitment, telecalling, customer support, or sales experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
- Conduct initial screening and technical discussion calls with candidates.
- Understand IT technologies and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Support client communication and business development activities when required.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or related technical field.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and software development concepts.
- Experience in Recruitment, Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or Business Development is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple candidates and positions simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of technologies such as .NET, Java, JavaScript, SQL, APIs, Cloud, ServiceNow, Power Platform, or similar IT technologies.
- Prior experience working with US staffing or IT recruitment is a plus.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms.
