About Requirement:
Need a candidate with 5 years of Data and Master Data Management QA Experience. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for MDM processes including data ingestion, entity resolution, deduplication, match-and-merge logic, and golden record creation.
Validate master data quality across all domains (patient, provider, pharmacy, manufacturer) by writing complex SQL queries against Snowflake and source system databases to verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Test integrations between MDM platforms (Reltio) and connected systems such as Salesforce, and downstream data pipelines to ensure data flows correctly and without loss or duplication.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and data validation testing on MDM workflows, APIs, and automated data processes.Collaborate with data engineers and MDM developers to understand data models, transformation logic, and matching rules; translate these into thorough test cases that ensure end-to-end data integrity.
Verify data governance controls, including stewardship workflows, data lineage, and policy enforcement, to ensure compliance with HIPAA, PHI, and PII requirements.
Partner with the automation team to build and maintain automated test suites for recurring MDM validation, regression testing, and data quality checks. Identify, document, and communicate defects and data quality issues clearly using JIRA; track defects through resolution and validate fixes in subsequent test cycles.
Develop and maintain data quality metrics and dashboards to monitor the health of master data across domains; report testing status and quality metrics to stakeholders and leadership. Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes within the MDM team.
