The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation, ensuring that applications are optimized and aligned with organizational goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key aspect, fostering an environment where ideas and feedback contribute to the development lifecycle and overall project success.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between teams to promote transparency and collaboration.Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Apache JMeter.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Performance Testing Strategy.
- Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Experience in analyzing test results and identifying performance bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with integrating testing tools into continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
