Job Description

Primary Skill: The ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. The candidate should be able to demonstrate active listening, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions. 

Secondary Skill: The candidate should have basic computer and technical knowledge.

Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written) 
 Candidates with technical knowledge are preferred.
 Good Analytical and Multitasking Skills
 Basic computer knowledge required but should be proficient in keyboard typing skills..
Customer Service Oriented attitude with focus on soft skills
Graduate/HSC Fresher with Excellent communication skills.( Technical graduates are Eligible)
5 Days working ( 24*7 Rotational shift )  
Rotational Night Shift Rotational week offs
