Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, motivation, and productivity.
  
• Handle employee grievances and relations by providing redressal solutions through fair processes.
  
• Develop and implement effective HR policies to maintain industrial harmony and compliance with labour laws.
  
• Ensure timely payroll management, performance appraisal management, and performance improvement plans (PIPs) for employees.
  
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee welfare programs.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in Human Resource Management or related field.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies, Labour Laws, Payroll Management, Compliance Management, Performance Appraisal Management, Industrial Relations & Labour Welfare.
