International Chat experience is Mandatory

Role & responsibilities :

• Provide Voice support and Chat support to International Clients.
• Handling Customer Queries
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Adhering to communication standards
• Problem Solving
• Chat Exp is mandatory 
• Typing Speed should be Excellent.
• Should know how to talk with customers over chat , opening and closing as per Chat standards.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Resource should have Excellent Communication Skills
• Resource should be flexible to work in night shifts.
• Undergraduates are eligible to apply(NO PURSUING CANDIDATES)
• Immediate Joiners required
• Only Experienced Candidates.
