Job Description
Role & responsibilities
PMGM( Performance management, Career development and Succession Planning)
Looking for a candidate who fit in a project role as technical consultant with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
- SuccessFactors: Core skill in Succession modules , Performance Goals and capable of handling complex requirements and configuration
Deep Integration expertise within SuccessFactors HR suite across modules
Responsibilities Include:
Experience in configuring, implementing and/or supporting SAP SuccessFactors Talent suite , Succession and PMGM with full functionalities.
Full Life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live
Experience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation
Excellent Communication & Presentation skills, must be a team player
Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations
Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create solution design for SuccessFactors Succession, PMGM in compliance with the Best Practices
Hands-on all the Data Models and knowledge of XML
System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint
Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
Knowledge of MDF , foundation objects , associations , Business rules and workflows
Experience as a technical consultant in SAP SuccessFactors
SAP SuccessFactors technology knowledge is a must along with data migration exposure
Team player with the ability to accomplish results and lead teams
Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a global team environment
Thrive in high energy, high profile environment
Hands-on experience on technical work
Integration expertise within different modules of SuccessFactors
Certification in at least in Succession (Primary) , PMGM modules (Secondary)
Certification in other SuccessFactors modules is an added advantage
