Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team, focusing on international recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting and talent acquisition, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for each role.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement HR initiatives that support recruitment goals.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in an international setting.
Strong knowledge of global recruitment trends and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
