Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team, focusing on international recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting and talent acquisition, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for each role.

  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in an international setting.
  • Strong knowledge of global recruitment trends and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
