Job Description
Role: Senior Data Scientist / Advanced Analytics
We are looking for an experienced Data Science professional with strong expertise in building and deploying advanced predictive ML models. The role requires hands-on ownership of model design, validation, and production deployment to solve high-impact business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, validate, and deploy advanced predictive models (ML, deep learning, time series, optimization).
- Perform deep statistical analysis and generate strategic business insights.
- Work closely with Data Engineering teams to ensure data quality and architecture readiness.
- Develop and maintain dashboards / reporting systems (Tableau / Power BI).
- Act as an expert in complex SQL querying and data manipulation.
- Present analytical findings and model outcomes directly to client stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and lead multiple analytical projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science / Advanced Analytics.
- Expert-level SQL and strong Python skills (scikit-learn, TensorFlow / PyTorch, Pandas).
- Proven experience building end-to-end production-grade ML models.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) and Git.
- Strong problem-solving ability and stakeholder communication skills.
