Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive TA to join our team in the domestic sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
- Negotiate offers and compensation packages with selected candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with recruitment software and tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Any graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
