Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the transition of Record to Report (R2R) processes, ensuring seamless handover from one team member to another.
- Oversee the preparation of General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Reconciliation, and Transformation Management activities.
- Provide guidance and support to Assistant Managers and Team Managers on R2R process improvements.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly close tasks, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues related to record-to-reporting processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 9-14 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.B.A. / B.M.S., B.Com).
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting principles, fixed assets management, intercompany reconciliation techniques, and transformation management best practices.
