Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Fullstack AI Engineer to join our team in building intelligent, scalable, and production-ready AI applications.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LangChain, strong fullstack development skills, and a passion for creating innovative solutions that leverage large language models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using LangChain and related frameworks.
- Build and maintain fullstack solutions (frontend + backend) that integrate with LLMs and vector databases.
- Implement pipelines for prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers in an Agile environment.
- Optimize performance, scalability, and security of AI-driven applications.
- Develop APIs and microservices to support AI features.
- Write and maintain unit/integration tests to ensure reliability.
- Use Git for version control and CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience (fullstack preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain and LLM integration.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservice architecture.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
- Proficiency with Git and modern DevOps practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Knowledge of RAG pipelines, embeddings, and fine-tuning LLMs.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or Angular).
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth.
