Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Scientist to extract insights from large datasets, develop predictive models, and contribute to strategic decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, and business teams to solve complex problems using data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large and complex data sets to discover patterns, trends, and insights.
- Design and build machine learning models for prediction, classification, clustering, recommendation, etc.
- Communicate results and business impact clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data engineers to improve data quality, availability, and pipelines.
- Translate business problems into data science solutions and deploy them into production.
- Monitor model performance and retrain when necessary.
- Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools to track KPIs and metrics.
- Stay current with the latest techniques in machine learning, AI, and data science.
Required Skills :
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Experience with SQL and working with relational databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (e.g., S3, BigQuery, SageMaker).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
