Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Data Scientist who can seamlessly combine advanced machine learning expertise with strong data engineering skills. This role requires end-to-end ownership of the data pipeline, model development, deployment, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Data Engineering & Pipeline Development
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and efficient ETL processes
Feature Engineering
- Develop and optimize features for predictive modeling and advanced analytics
- Implement feature selection and transformation techniques to improve model performance
Model Development & Deployment
- Build, train, and validate machine learning models for use cases such as lift analysis, targeting, and customer segmentation
- Deploy models into production environments and monitor performance
Advanced Analytics
- Perform statistical analysis and interpret model outputs to drive actionable insights
- Conduct lift analysis and targeting strategies to improve campaign effectiveness
Collaboration
- Work closely with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
Required Skills
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Data Engineering: Hands-on experience with ETL, data pipelines, and tools like Spark, Airflow, or similar
- Machine Learning: Expertise in supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and optimization
- Deployment: Familiarity with model deployment frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Docker)
- Analytics: Strong understanding of lift analysis, targeting models, and statistical techniques
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
