Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and solutions. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to build scalable ML systems that provide actionable insights and enhance product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world problems.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand business requirements and translate them into ML solutions.
- Build and maintain scalable and production-ready ML pipelines and infrastructure.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training and evaluation.
- Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Deploy ML models into production environments and monitor their performance over time.
- Work with software engineering teams to integrate ML models into applications and services.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in a relevant field.
- Experience with deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark).
- Familiarity with CI/CD for ML (MLOps) pipelines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
