Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Time Office Management
- Maintain attendance, shift records, and leave data
- Track absenteeism, late coming, and overtime
Contract Labour Management
- Coordinate with contractors for manpower deployment
- Maintain attendance and statutory compliance (ESI, PF)
- Support labour-related audits
Vendor Management
- Coordinate with manpower vendors and service providers
- Track documentation, agreements, and compliance
Administration & Billing
- Verify admin bills (security, housekeeping, transport, etc.)
- Validate contract labour bills as per attendance
- Coordinate with finance for invoice processing
Recruitment Coordination
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Maintain candidate database and records
- Support onboarding and joining formalities
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Assist in onboarding, induction, and HR audits
- Handle employee queries under supervision
KEY SKILLS
Basic understanding of HR functions & labour laws
Good knowledge of MS Excel (attendance, reports)
Explored HRMS tool before (Preferred: KEKA HRMS)
Strong coordination and communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a plant HR role
