Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls with a focus on resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling International Voice process (preferably).
  • Strong English language proficiency for effective communication with international clients.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts (24x7) as per business requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hours.
