Job Role - Test Manager

Job location - Bangalore - Banerghatta, Mumbai - Andheri

We are seeking an accomplished Test Manager to lead and manage a team of 15 testers, encompassing manual, automation, and performance testing. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in various testing methodologies, team management, and stakeholder collaboration.

• Define and implement test strategy, framework, and roadmap across projects.
• Lead the end-to-end test lifecycle tool selection, scripting, execution, maintenance, and reporting.
• Manage and mentor a team of test engineers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
• Ensure test coverage, traceability, and adherence to SDLC/Agile practices.
• Work with stakeholders to define quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and implement automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Tosca, Katalon, TestComplete, etc. Hands-on experience with couple of Automation tools is a MUST.
• Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps.
• Working knowledge of REST API testing, performance tools (JMeter, BlazeMeter), and accessibility testing tools.
• Experience/Knowledge on GenAI tools in testing
• Good to Have: Insurance domain
