Inviting applications for the role of Front Line Manager - HRO - Payroll & Benefits


Job Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Work From Office


Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall operational activities and ensure noise-free operations, along with strong customer stakeholder management.
  • Deep domain expertise in US Payroll (Payroll processing, Payroll management)
  • Identify, implement & oversee process improvements to ensure efficient and accurate data processing.
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders to ensure all data is efficiently managed in the Workday / ADP (or replacement HR system)
  • Provides strategic business support and implements solutions to enable the business to achieve its talent and growth objectives.
  • Serve as an escalation point of contact.
  • Drive regular governance/ monthly/quarterly to connect with retained leads and tower managers with strong partnerships in ensuring the success of the service delivery model.
  • Deep understanding of quality & compliance to North America local laws & regulations is necessary requirement.

Bachelors - Commerce, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Masters - Business Administration, Masters - Business Analytics
