Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with client(s) / team to design and manage - integrated architectural design projects both commercial and Institutional type.
• Conduct necessary research to support technical and design issues.
• Prepare Detailed GFC drawing including integration of all services.
• Select architectural materials, decor, finishes and lighting.
• Prepare working drawings, details and Construction Drawing sets
• Work well to manage project timeliness and expectations.

Qualifications:

• A Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 7 Year - Professional Work Experience on big scale projects.
• Be passionate to work on both Architecture Design as well as working detailing
• Should be having thorough understanding of working details, electrical and lighting, HVAC and plumbing, materials and finishes.
• Effective communicators skills within team and on-site.
• Should have Good communication skill and able to deal with team and other consultants
• Can start the job immediately or short notice period.
