Job Description

Commis II Satellite Kitchen, Goa | Theobroma

Experience: 13 Years
Location: Goa

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and production of bakery, pastry, and savory items.
Follow standard recipes and quality guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Support stock handling, storage, and FIFO practices.
Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Ensure timely completion of assigned production tasks.

Requirements:

13 years of experience in a bakery, pastry, or production kitchen.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
