Commis II Satellite Kitchen, Goa | Theobroma

Experience: 13 Years
Location: Goa

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and production of bakery, pastry, and savory items.
  • Follow standard recipes and quality guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
  • Support stock handling, storage, and FIFO practices.
  • Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned production tasks.

Requirements:

  • 13 years of experience in a bakery, pastry, or production kitchen.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
