B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc or equivalent
Experience Needed:

Over all: 10 or more Years IT experience
Solid 5 Years experience or more on - Microsoft Platform - Projects Delivery / Services projects
Job Responsibilities:
================
Roles and responsibilities:
- Single point of contact to client deliverables
- Single point of contact to both management and Software engineers team
- Should have experience in delivering Microsoft Technology / Azure / Sharepoint platform projects
- Able to manage the project team to smooth running of project modules delivery on time
- Experience of managing multiple projects areas within the same client programme
- Experience of delivering projects within the Financial Services vertical(s)/ Oil and Gas / Utilities
- Experience in delivering with Waterfall / Agile methodologies effectively in the projects
- Track record of successful project delivery throughout the entire project lifecycle, managing with in budgets in excess of at least $2Million
- Track record of successful project delivery / managing with in the budget
- Specialist in all aspects of project management / project planning / estimating / budgetary control and RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to negotiate, persuade and influence business decisions at senior management level
- Able to persuade / and present programme / projects at Investment Board level
- Strong organization skills, with the ability to manage / resolve - conflicting with 3rd parties / service companies / deadlines and priorities
- Able to use judgement and provide sound justification for decisions, tailoring approach to delivery based on past experience
- Able to work collaboratively across an organisation, building a network of contacts both internally and externally
- Must have sound /clear communication English skills (verbal and written); Any other foreign language(s) are added advantage
- Strong leadership, people management and team building capabilities, with experience of line or matrix management of teams
- Business change management experience gained from successfully managing the organizational, cultural and stakeholder challenges of a transformation project
Should have Experience in Banking / Investment Banking / Utilities / Oil and Gas domain:
- In Any financial software products / service
-- development/ maintenance projects,
-- business merger / transformation, integration, migration projects
-- Proven experience in managing portfolio of complex projects
-- Highly committed and delivery focused
-- Complete experience in all SDLC phases , mainly with change
management processes
- Good experience with Change Management tools like IBM Rational -
Requisite Pro/ Clearquest / Clearcase, Microsoft VSS, JIRA, CVS,SVN,GIT
- Strong analytical,logical and numerical skills
Certifications:
- Having certification(s) - MSP, APMP, Prince 2 or PMP are major added advantage
Nice to have:

- Any GDPR experience in added advantage
- Any on site experience is added advantage
