GenAI Lead Engineer @ Citiustech

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), document processing, and advanced search/summarization techniques. You will work on building intelligent, agentic architectures that leverage AI to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Gen AI solutions using LLMs for various enterprise use cases
• Develop and optimize workflows for document processing, semantic search, and text summarization
• Build and deploy applications using agentic architectures, ensuring scalability and robustness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
• Stay updated with advancements in Generative AI, prompt engineering, and multi-agent frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and their applications
• Hands-on experience in Python, API development, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Expertise in document processing pipelines, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Familiarity with agentic architectures and frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or similar
• Knowledge of search algorithms, embedding models, and summarization techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.
