- Review, monitor, and moderate user-generated content, including text, images, videos, and audio.
- Identify, classify, and remove content that violates company policies, community guidelines, or legal requirements.
- Maintain high accuracy, quality, and productivity while reviewing content.
- Stay updated with changing content policies, guidelines, and platform standards.
- Document moderation decisions and prepare reports on trends, violations, and recurring issues.
- Handle sensitive or potentially harmful content professionally and objectively.
- Participate in training sessions, quality audits, and process improvement initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- Fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience in content moderation, customer support, or back-office operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, online communities, and digital content.
- Ability to analyze content and make accurate decisions based on guidelines and policies.
- High attention to detail with strong observational skills.
- Comfortable working with sensitive, graphic, or policy-violating content when required.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with flexible availability preferred.
