Position: Sales Support (Operations)

Job Location: Chennai

Salary Package : 20K-25K in Hand

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend calls from customers/PoSPs and deal with their queries and requirements.
• Gather sales information and put it into an easily readable format.
• Follow up with customers/PoSPs to make sure they are satisfied with a particular product.
• Ensure sales persons are on track with sales goals.
• Provide necessary data or reports to the sales team.
• Manage reports and support the Sales team in the pre and post sales process.
• Provide quotations to partners.
• Handle policy issuance.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Graduate
• Freshers can apply
• Prior experience in the Insurance industry preferred
• Proficiency in the regional language with strong communication skills
• Strong relationship-building and management skills
